Why is this conference relevant?

The DfE has reduced the School Admissions and School Admissions Appeals Codes making them simpler, fairer and easier to use. Many old requirements have been removed, and new privileges added, such as the ability of individual schools to increase their PAN without the permission of the Local Authority.
