EYFS safeguarding and welfare requirements
The safeguarding and welfare requirements set out the statutory regulations which all early years providers must comply with, regardless of type, size or funding of the setting. They are designed to help providers create welcoming, safe and stimulating settings, where children are able to enjoy learning and become confident.
