Refund policy:

If you are paying by credit or debit card please also send us your Worldpay confirmation receipt and we will refund you on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription at any point, you can do so by emailing or contacting customer services on 0845 450 6404. Your cancellation will take effect from the following day, and access to any subscriber only content will be denied. We will calculate the liability remaining (if any) on a daily basis and refund the unused portion.
