She has recently left headship after 27 years and has had extensive experience in leading and managing schools to achieve rapid school improvement. Rekha maintained Ofsted’s 'Outstanding' grade in all areas in her last school for over a decade. Having worked as a Local and National Leader in Education and as an Executive Headteacher to bring about the best possible outcomes for all children.
An enthusiastic and aspirational school leader with 24 years’ experience in primary education. Kim has a successful record of coaching and mentoring and is passionate and influential in motivating and directing schools towards outstanding performance by providing an encouraging and consistent environment for obtaining results amongst teachers and pupils. Kim brings to the fore, expertise in change management, strategic project initiatives and excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
Opal is a highly skilled and successful school improvement adviser, with over 35 years of experience in education. She has extensive leadership and management experience, having held two primary headships. Opal has worked effectively at all levels in local authorities as a principal adviser and school improvement partner. In one borough, Opal led her team to improve the number of schools judged to be good or outstanding from 66% to 94%. She has been an independent schools inspector and is currently a primary school governor.
Andy has worked in primary education for 22 years. During his career Andy became an advanced skills teacher and went on to be a headteacher in two schools. His previous school was judged to be outstanding across all areas in its last OFSTED Inspection (2013). He has supported the leadership team in three other schools and was part of a national SCITT for over ten years.
Tracy has been involved in primary education for over 24 years, many of which as a senior leader and a headteacher in areas of high deprivation. During the first headship Tracy held, she took the school to good with outstanding leadership within an academic year.
As well as being an effective headteacher, Tracy has considerable inspection and coaching skills, which have supported a range of schools and academies improve their strategic leadership and subsequent outcomes.
Craig has 25 years’ experience in primary education, with 13 of those spent as a headteacher. He now combines work for a local authority in the East of England with education consultancy. Craig is particularly focused on leading teacher training, middle leadership development, supporting early career teachers and reviewing governance. He also carries out SEND and disadvantaged pupil reviews.
Jeremy is an experienced and successful primary headteacher. He left headship in 2014 to be involved full-time in school improvement, working with a range of schools including special and independent schools, as well as undertaking local authority work in Solihull.
Jeremy is a dynamic, pro-active leader. He has particular expertise in headteacher induction and training while also being committed to empowering staff at all levels to take ownership using coaching and mentoring techniques.
Richard has 29 years' experience of working in schools. He has 12 years' experience as a headteacher and deputy headteacher.
For the past seven years, Richard has been providing school improvement advice to a wide range of primary, secondary and all through schools across the country and internationally.
Yvonne has been involved in primary education for over 20 years. She has been a headteacher and executive headteacher in four schools over 14 years and has great insight into the particular demands of smaller and rural primary schools. Her main school was awarded outstanding status and she also led a successful teaching school bid. Alongside headship, Yvonne has gained considerable inspection skills, which have provided great insight into the expectations for primary schools. Yvonne now has her own consultancy and supports individual schools with their improvement work.
Following a successful 23-year teaching and leadership career in secondary schools across South Wales, Richard led a successful pilot project for Welsh Government on Primary MFL across Wales. He then became Assistant Director of Education in one of the most deprived LAs in the UK, leading on School Improvement and Inclusion, before joining the SLT of the new Regional Consortium in South-East Wales in 2012.
Malcolm has 17 years experience as a primary headteacher, leading his first school from satisfactory to outstanding, and maintaining this over 12 years, and his second from inadequate (LA judgement) to good within three years. Developing others to maximise their effectiveness whilst balancing the wellbeing and motivation of his teams and the overlap between personal and professional development have always been keen interests and areas of learning.
John is passionately committed to improving the achievement and life chances of children and young people, through the professional development of individuals and organisations. Having been a secondary school senior leader, John lead the transformation of a 2-school research project into a nationwide, multi-agency programme, with unique evidence of health benefit and educational improvement.
