Optimus Education is a part of the Prospects Group, and through Prospects we offer the following early years training, support and consultancy services.

Prospects works closely with local authorities and early years providers to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and their families. We support childminders and group settings through individually tailored advice, support and training.

Groups setting support

Get bespoke training to support your early years setting in delivering the best possible outcomes for children in your care. Training courses and workshops can be tailored to your needs. Access EYFS training, sample documentation, audit tools, pre-inspection support and consultancy services.

Childminder support

From a bespoke childminder pre-registration course to support you in your registration with Ofsted and EYFS training packages to pre-inspection support and bespoke consultancy services, get the training you need to support you in your role.

Local Authority Support

As an approved provider to many councils across the country, we provide LAs with training courses and workshops to suit their needs. Areas of support include EYFS training packages, childminder and group setting support, audit tools and bespoke consultancy services.
