Support pupil and staff mental health

Supports the headteacher and SLT to make a start on staff and pupil mental health and wellbeing by developing a vision and strategy that is bespoke for your school and is based on best practice.

Engages the headteacher and other school leaders to developing ways in which staff can be supported and valued resulting in savings to the school budget and having an direct impact on student attainment.

This offer enables the school leaders to ensure that school environment, the social and learning relationships within it reflect  the values of the school and support young people to become resilient learners
